was prepared after the adoption of Annex no. 2 to the Articles by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Organization of 6th September 2018 pursuant to Act no. 213\/1997 Coll. on non-profit organizations providing services of general interest, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct on Non-Profit
