automatic excision workplace allowing fast and efficient comprehensive processing of tissue samples, including macroscopic description and automatic photography and archiving of the finders.<\/li><li>A vacuum automatic tissue processor with accelerated tissue processing allows subsequent processing of selected tissue samples following previous fixation with 4% formaldehyde into liquid paraffin (FFPE). The applied processing method is xylene-free. The tissues processed in this way have been tested and can also be used for later molecular genetic analyses.<\/li><li>The automatic microtome allows the subsequent cutting of tissue samples into thin sections, which can be used in histological processing on a slide and microscopic evaluation. The samples can also be used as a source of material for genetic testing. The device ensures a standard thickness and quality of the histological section.<\/li><li>The dyeing and covering machine enables implementation of a full range of histological staining of tissue sections on a slide. The laboratory also enables morphometric evaluation of findings.<\/li><li>The automatic microscope for LBC enables the use of LBC samples in evaluation processes and the correlation of results with other histological and molecular genetic analyses.<\/li><li>The modular reader is designed to measure absorbance and fluorescence with high sensitivity; this device is necessary for quality and quantity control of input DNA samples.<br \/>The hybridization station is designed to hybridize DNA on a microarray chip.
